2.3 Technical and Usage Information
When you use the Services, we automatically collect technical and usage information, including AI workload parameters and optimization metrics, performance benchmarks and efficiency measurements, and device and log data. The technical and usage information described in this section is operational metadata and does not include the content of your Inputs or Outputs, which we do not store.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not use the content of your Inputs or Outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models, and we do not retain that content after your request or session completes, except as described in Section 6.3 of the Terms.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, secure data centers, regular security assessments, and employee training on data protection. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
5. Data Retention
We do not retain the content of your Inputs or Outputs after the applicable request or session completes, except (a) where you enable a feature that stores content (such as conversation history), for as long as that feature is enabled, and (b) where retention is required by law or valid legal process. We may retain operational and usage metadata that does not include Input or Output content, and billing records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. When a retention period ends, we delete or de-identify the data.
